1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Electrical Engineering Platform (EEP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. EEP is a professional tool designed for licensed engineers, contractors, and design professionals operating primarily within the United States and Canada.
2. Engineering Disclaimer (CRITICAL)
EEP provides calculation tools and documentation assistants. However, EEP does not replace professional engineering judgment. The outputs, reports, and schedules generated by EEP must be reviewed, verified, and stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng or PE) registered in the applicable jurisdiction before being used for construction or submitted to an Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
Outputs from the "Contractor Toolbox" or "Contractor Desk" are explicitly labeled ADVISORY_ONLY or DRAFT_ONLY and carry no engineering authority.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid tiers are billed automatically via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, in USD or CAD. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, previously charged fees are non-refundable.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
