When you use EEP, we collect information necessary to provide our engineering tools and manage your account. This includes your name, professional credentials (e.g., P.Eng status), work email, and firm details provided during registration.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is exclusively used to:
- Authenticate your access via Supabase Auth.
- Generate watermarked or professional PDF reports (RPT-001 through RPT-009).
- Process subscription billing securely via Lemon Squeezy.
- Maintain audit trails and tamper-evident hashes for your project documentation.
3. Data Storage and Security
We employ enterprise-grade security. Every project inside EEP is isolated using Row-Level Security (RLS) in our PostgreSQL database. This means no other user, contractor, or firm can access your electrical calculations or load models without explicit team sharing permissions.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not sell your data. We share minimal necessary information with trusted infrastructure partners:
- Netlify: For secure content delivery and hosting.
- Supabase: For database management and secure JWT token authentication.
- Lemon Squeezy: As our merchant of record for processing subscription payments.
